Mortgage Advice
For mortgage advice we can be paid an advice fee of up to £750 + VAT.
However our typical fee is normally £199 + VAT.
The actual advice fee charged is dependent on your individual circumstances.
We can in addition be paid by commission from the lender upon successful completion of the mortgage - no further payment will be required from you.
Protection Advice
For protection advice we normally receive commission from the provider (which is usually an insurance company) upon successful completion of the business.
There is no requirement for further payments from you for our protection advice.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE
Remuneration for our mortgage advice by fees and/or commission will be a matter of discussion and no fees will be charged by Lentune Mortgage Consultancy Ltd unless you ask us to proceed with giving advice. Any fees required from you before we commence our research will be confirmed in writing.
